We refund the full amount, within 7 days of payment, if:
If you entered a wrong date, time or place, write to us within 7 days and we will regenerate the report once, free of charge.
Because reports describe traditional guidance, we do not refund simply because you disagree with what a report says, once it has been delivered correctly.
A report is delivered instantly, so an order cannot be cancelled after payment. If a payment fails or you close the payment window, no money is taken.
Email [email protected] with the subject "Refund", your account email and the report number or invoice number shown on the report. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay, usually within 5 to 7 working days.
