Vastu guides › North-facing house
Linked with Kubera, the lord of wealth. North-facing homes are among the most sought after in Vastu, and they get soft, even light all day.
The facing is the direction you look at when standing inside the main door looking out. On a floor plan, use the north arrow.
These positions apply to every facing; a good layout can make up for a less favoured entrance.

Ideal. Associated with wealth and opportunity. Linked with Kubera, the lord of wealth. North-facing homes are among the most sought after in Vastu, and they get soft, even light all day.
The position of the kitchen, master bedroom, toilets and the centre of the home usually matters more than the facing alone. Check the whole layout before deciding.
